Can anyone help proof read my book report?

I need to make sure the sentence strucure is okay :

Actually your sentence structure is good. I modified the beginning of the third sentence for variation. I also suggested some changes in what I thought were grammatical errors.

Louisa Bryce is a woman of many secrets. Her life takes a turn when she stumbles upon Anthony Stalbridge, who is in search of the person that killed his beloved Fiona. Quickly joining together, the two solve the mysteries of the unexplained suicides and blackmail scandals in London. They speculate that Elwin Hastings has been the sole killer until they learn that his late wife never really threw herself into the river. Money-hungry Victoria Hastings, the first wife of Elwin, had survived an attempted murder and come back to society under an assumed name.
