Has anyone heard of a free gov sponsored site for homeschoolers that provides free materials and daily login?
A friend of mine has a sister who homeschooled her kids. She (the sister)found a site that allows parents to open a free account and even sends books and materials to parents to back up the daily assignments found online. Each child can log in and I am assuming can moniter their progress.
the site is called samlearining.com. or .co.uk.
this site provides free materials and account log in. it tests ur kids and gives u ‘reports’ on how heir doing. but the catch is, the teachers at school provide them with a school username and password but it is free. but if ur child doesnt go to a school that participate sin this, then u can create a personal account that teachers and tests them on the same stuff as the school one but for a fee. i cant remember how much it is. please note that the site is based on the united kingdom education. and not the USA.
